It seems many Christians only pray for safe things like getting a job, but when there is a problem that can't be solved they always say something like it's God's will or the Lord works in mysterious ways. What's the point of faith if you only ask for things that are already possible? The Bible doesn't say that any thing is too great to ask. It isn't about how big or small a prayer is, as long as it's within God's will. Didn't Martha initially think that Lazarus would rise in the ressurection rather than that day?

True!!! Many people just don't know that healing and miracles are some thing that can happen. I know of people being cured of brain cancer, and my daughter was supposed to have her tonsils removed, the doctor told us on friday to see the ENT doc, because her tonsils were so large, we prayed on sunday, and on monday when she saw the ENT doc he said there was no reason for him to do anything, because they were normal size.

Funny, just the other day there was 9 questions/comments on this exact section calling Benny Hinn a fake, a liar, a crook, etc. Why? I dare say because he's one of many Christians who pray and ask for large miracles. So tell me, which do you people want, to see miracles or to deny everything and everyone who ask for them right before your eyes?

The only thing I ever pray for and ask for, is for God to send someone to help us. All of us. ASAP

I pray for big (by our human standards) miracles all the time, and I see a lot of them answered, yes.

of course, but according to "if it is God's will", then let it be so.

Jesus says"we have not because we ask not"...so we must pray for things to happen and be willing to receive whatever God's answer is, whether its granted or not, for He knows best for those WHO BELIEVE!!!!

That's not true that they only pray for "safe" things. Not true at all. Speak for yourself.

If god wanted that person to be disabled, who am I to tell god to change things. God knows that person is disabled, because god knows everything. So even if god didn't cause the disablement, he knows it happened and chooses it to be that way,.
