I have cool green eyes and warm light tan/olive skin. Most black, reds, and blondes make me look washed out. My natural hair color is also dark ash blonde. I have no idea what I should use.

If your natural hair and skin coloring is olive and ash (both of which are in the green tones) you should stick with those tones for your clothes, hair, makeup and even your home environment. But go to a hairdresser who has some color samples and do some comparisons. You may need to try several color formulas on your hair to get the one you like the most. Be patient.
Another thing you can do is get "your colors done." It 's an evaluation of the best colors for you. It's usually focused on clothing, but what works in fabric also uses the same color tones, thus, also carries through to our hair and skin tones. It's about $400.00, though.

cool tone hair colors will give you the ash effect color
which means it reduces any brass colors or redtones

warm tone hair color does the opposite
it will produce golden or red highlights

from your description i think you would look great in like a golden blonde hair color
summer is coming and if you have dyed your hair black and red
then try something light for the summer'
with warm tones

I would stick with the ash tone for your hair, maybe a few shades lighter or one shade darker. thats usually the rule so you don't look too washed out. Good Luck!
