But jokes apart, you need to have an aptitude to lookout for practical problems as well as have a good domain understanding for conceptualizing the solution.

It's good that you have the motivates to be an inventor but you need to know its hard and you must work hard to achieve what you want i think you should start from reading basics in the field you are interested in and tighten your belt cause its a long journey

Take things apart and then put them back together. Once the reassembled objects become better than how they were when you took them apart, you are an inventor.
