Alright, I'm also a girl, but..
The first physical attribute I see about a girl (or guy) is whatever 'sticks out' about that person.. if the girl has a gigantic A S S, that's what I 'see' first.. if she has beautiful eyes, that's what I notice.. if she's overall sexy, well.. then.. there's your package (not saying 'complete package' 'coz there's of course the character of the woman to consider as well!)! ;)
