It is found at 1 Thessalonians 5:2,3 and it says, "For YOU yourselves know quite well that Jehovah’s day is coming exactly as a thief in the night. Whenever it is that they are saying: “Peace and security!” then sudden destruction is to be instantly upon them just as the pang of distress upon a pregnant woman; and they will by no means escape."
Hope that was what you were looking for! :)

“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape” (1 Thess. 5:3).

This refers to the end time. There will come a time, very soon, that this world will be in such chaos that people will be begging for peace . At that time a man will step forward with a peace plan for the Earth, involving Israel and the Arab countries. People will worship this man as Jesus, (therefore, the anti-Christ).

His peace plan will be a seven year plan for peace but before the end of the seven years it will be violated. Then more death and destruction will come on this Earth than it has ever seen.

That's it in a nut shell

1 Thessalonians 5
1Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, 2for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

4But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. 5You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. 6So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled. 7For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. 8But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. 9For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. 10He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. 11Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

Be ready for the Day of the Lord. Don't wait to move closer to God through Jesus, because that Day will come when no one expects it to, much like the flood in Noah's time, when people were just living their lives without much care for God.

Yeah, peace and security has been a term thrown about in the past few decades. Just like any other bible prophesy, it's all up to the reader to interpret it for themselves.
