guys have said im pretty/cute. i think im fair on looks. but what kind of attitude should i put out there? im very shy and quiet at times but when i find a guy who's outgoing it's easier for me to be more talkative.
anyway what do i do? ive been single for awhile to get my mind straight but ready to start getting noticed and dating!

you can attract a guy by being genuine and being yourself. if its easier for you to talk to an outgoing guy then find an outgoing guy and be exactly who you are. that's all you need, guys like it when you're not putting on an act. they can tell.

I'll agree with pretty much everyone previously. Just be yourself. If you think you are more talkative or more fun around a certain type, go for it. I don't know your age, but guys of any age love confidence. If you tell yourself you are confident and ready to be noticed, you will be. At times, its okay to be shy and quiet. You should find a guy who is outgoing, if that's what you want. However, is your shyness more of a comfort-level thing? You could ask a guy who you think is interested in the some of the same things you are rather than going solely for an outgoing guy. Guys like being asked out. If you're nervous about doing that, because you're shy and quiet, enlist the moral support of your friends and take a deep breath, and do it. The worst anyone will say is "no." You just have to be completely willing to take chances. Nobody ever got anywhere sitting around doing nothing though. I wish you luck in getting noticed!

You pretty much have answered your own question inside your question. You say you are more comfortable around outgoing guys because they help to break the ice and get the conversation going and flowing. So that's your answer, go after guys that you will be more comfortable around. Look dating is difficult enough so why make it any more difficult. Do what is comfortable and the learning experience you get from dating will be all the more rewarding and beneficial. Believe me...if you are cute as you say, then the guys who are outgoing will be very happy to get things started. In an odd way, even if an outgoing guy brings you out of your shell some, he is still going to be attracted to that shy part of you so that can be a plus too, not a minus.....Good Luck!

What types of guys do you want to attract? if you just want to date and not be serious, just dress provactive and appear easy. I would recommend you be yourself and have a guy like you for who you are from the start. People tend to falsely present themselves, and show their true colors until they have some one hooked.

well lesson one is to always be your true self and especally infront of many other freinds and him,,,,,,, to always, be just you and if its meant to be it will happen,, and if your still a teen,, slow down and go play nintendo games lifes to short to be pushing your dates as every moment./
