I remember doing something like that. I was brought up a Catholic and we often acted out bible scenes.

Oh my God, no! You really had to suffer through that?! I guess an '80s upbringing in a town with a large Jewish community - and going to public school - saved me from the terror. Still, it sucked to grow up in the '80s. The '70s were my dream - amazing music, incredible times.
When they gave you the role of Jesus did you feel self-important... up until the very moment you realized what you had to do? Or was this a lesson for all the little children? Did they nail you up on a cross to teach you about pain and suffering? Did you sacrifice any lambs? Can I touch your thorny crown?

Not at school, but we frequently did it at Church. I was brought up a Seventh Day Adventist. Then after the foot washing we participated in some ritualistic cannibalism - eating a piece of wafer that represented Jesus' flesh. And then some vampiristic-inspired ritual of drinking a non-alcoholic beverage representing his blood - how weird! Yet Christians regard Pagan and Wiccan ritual as Satanic, which has no such representation of human flesh or blood.

No, I have just started going to a school, I had been home schooled all my life.
Once my mom was teaching my youth group and we are all really close, she washed our feet, and told us how much she loved us.
I washed a girls feet at a PK (pastor's kids) restreat that I went on. I cried when she washed mine. It was a God filled moment.

No and I don't see the point of making you do it unless it was in a school play.

No force but there was one girl who insisted on sucking down the "living water" and I obliged, repeatedly.
