Another good word for environmentalists w/ negative overtone?

I need a colorful word for environmentalist that has a negative connotation other than "tree-hugger". Something that expresses environmental extremism would be appropriate. Thanks.

Environmentalism has nothing to do with the environment. Its roots are anti-capitol, anti big business. They could care less about the environment.

Honestly, the better we take care of the environment, the better our quality of life can be.

I mean that by renewing the resources we harvest from it in greater amounts then we harvest we'll be able to expand the amount of resources we can sustainably use.

And since we're able to increase the resources yielded per acre of land, for example, modern farming practices, technology, techniques, we can expand the resources we can use without destroying natural ecosystems.

I know a lot of environmentalists look and act pretty flakey, but allot are regular sane long sighted people who just want us to continually get better at figuring out how to live as lightly as we can on this planet while still pursuing our happiness and preserving the beautiful amazing natural majesty of our planet so we don't do any more damage then we have to.

Now that doesn't seem too unreasonable does it?
