We desperately need more female scholars. The wives of the Muhammad (s) were all scholars of Islam and people would come to them for help all the time.
These days a lot of sisters haven't been studying Islam like they used to.
Insha'allah you will study Islam and be a great scholar!

I would tell her to go study what she wants to study, for there is wisdom to be found if you seek answer. However, I would tell her, if she seeks knowledge from those who are not tolerate of others, that she would only learn of their intolerancy and made it hers. I would also tell her that "Allah teaches us to love our neighbors in his commandments." He would tell her by his own greatness in his ilham that she will find the greatness of his love by loving and respecting others.

I would say that Jesus Christ died for your sins and unless you repent and seek Jesus Christ you will not make it into heaven, and that only leaves one other place.
Because Jesus said " I am the way the truth and the Life and no man comes unto the father but by me."

As a Christian, I live by the adage, "Let go and let God". Unless God is "drawing" this individual to Him (see: John, chapter 6, verse 44), He will therefore, work with her later.

I wouldn't say anything, because being an American male any advice to her would be another form of colonialism.
