What are the standards on a Peacocks/Peahen's living space? I know of a Peacock and Peahen that are living uner a jungle gym caged in by chicken wire. I want to make sure that it's illegal to confine the birds in so small of a living space before I file my report. They are also being fed dog food.

That would be totally unacceptable. Check with your local animal control or welfare agency. They should have some sort of code of practice that will tell you what the minimum housing size for various species of domestic birds are. Peacocks should be fed a game bird food, or at least a chicken pellet diet.

I would call animal control. They can at least tell you what the standards are for your city and investigate if they are being confined in too small of a space or are not getting adequate care.

It can't hurt.
