my 13 year old sister named vanessa is acting all freaked out and crying but she wont tell me whats wrong how could i help?

Make her feel comfortable. She will comes and tak on her time. Don't make her talk.

tell her that she can tell you anything and you'll be there but give her sometime dont hover here then she'll feel trapped
