Go read a boooorrrriiinngggg book and that should put you to sleep fast.
Any sleep is good sleep, and you won't be crabby when you wake up.

I often ask myself that question too.
I would say yes- go to bed- but don't let this happen too often.
You will feel sleepy either way, but a little sleep is healthy no matter what.

happens so often... I try to stay awake, if I fall asleep, then I will definitely miss my classes in the morning.
but you should sleep a bit if your alarm clock wakes you up!
(I can't hear mine when I am really fatigue)
