I know that scripture speaks of elders being apt to preach and deacons taking care of the duties of things such as church duties, and such, but what does the bible have to say about deacons having the authority and being apt to preach?

I've seen children "preach" ... Quite WELL.
Why would deacons not be worthy? Perhaps you shoud revisit the meaning of "preach". (No disrespect, whatsoever). God Bless y ou.
