I take it that you and this woman did something she didn't want her husband to know? Now she thinks you told him and he's upset with her? It could be a lot of reasons why she no longer wants to talk to you. One her husband found out some how and told her it was you that let it slip. Now her life is a mess and she blames you. Two she wanted to find a way to get you out of her life because she feels guilty. So she made up the whole story as a way to leave without looking like a jerk. Or better yet making it look like it's your fault. Three she told someone about you and her and that person told her husband. The husband doesn't want to tell his wife who told him so she just assumes it's you. Four you told someone about you guys and that person let the cat out of the bag so now she thinks you are the cause for the problem. Either way honey you have to let it be known you never said that ,and that she may have told on herself by admitting to her husband she did what she did. I don't know how you will prove yourself. If I were you I'd just let it all go and move onto better things.

Oh so you guys got caught messing around and the only two people that knew about it were the two of you. She got caught and doesn't want to ruin her marriage. Can you blame her for not talking to you? Move on and find someone that's available.
