okay i dont think that he is going to die, but he has been squinting his left eye alot. its not just recently i mean ive noticed it over the past year where he squints it. is this something i should worry about? he isnt constantly squinting but its that one eye ive noticed from time to time.

You might want to worry about it. It could be neurological, or it could just be optical.
As to whether or not your cat is going to die, the answer is yes... eventually. Could be 15 years from now.

If you love your cat, take the cat to a vet ASAP. He may only have something in his eye or worse but don't let it suffer.
