I am very satisfied with my wife and her body. I always tell her how beautiful she is but she still wants a boob job. She is very insecure with her boobs. Is there a way I can convince her to not get one. She knows I think she is beautiful and don't agree with cosmetic surgery unless you are disfigured, accident, cancer or something. Is a boob job against God's will? Also, what are negative side effects of a TUBA boob job? That is the one where they go through the belly button.

I would ask her to wait a year. At the end of the year, if she still wants one, I would let her do as she wishes with her body provided she has a safe doctor.
I do not think there are religious implications to a boob job unless she specifically wants it in order to tempt other men.
