Grab a banana, apple, or some carrots and nibble on those in your own room, away from your dad. Or, get some bread and drink something with it, the liquid will cause the bread to expand in your stomach and you'll feel fuller.

I have no idea what you have in the fridge so here are some semi healthy options that are quick and filling:
Yogurt and bran flakes or any other cereal if you have it, with fruit.
Otherwise, peanut butter toast (esp on rye or whole wheat is my favorite...very yummy).
Cold pizza? Hummus on rolls? A cheese (good cheese) sandwich, add a little mustard, yum.
Make a salad if all else fails. Or a wrap sandwich. Saltines and cold cuts, or some kind of pasta with olive oil and stewed tomatoes with herbs as a sauce. Tuna with a bit of mayo and seasoning on lettuce is great; or make a chicken salad with leftover chicken.
If you are desperate, and need protein fast, hard boil some eggs. The whole process should take fifteen minutes or so, add some salt and eat with tomatoes...yummy. Quicker, scramble an egg and eat it with toast. That (along with the peanut butter toast option) is my fav---quick, easy, and filling. You have to have some protein. I agree with the person above me, grilled cheese is great, esp if the cheese is good and the bread is good. Add some tomato and maybe pesto sauce, maybe even turkey or ham if you have leftovers, and grill it up...it doesn't take long and is not that noisy. A good rye and pepperjack grilled cheese with tomato (and sometimes pesto sauce is a great gourmet snack or meal). If you have a can of Progresso or other soup, that is another option too....even tomato soup can be filling if you eat it with crackers and eat enough of it.

well cheese and crackers but the crackers might be a little loud. My new favorite snack is peanut butter with chopped up apples in it. It is so good. you could just have a scoop of peanut butter but that is kinda bland. cottage cheese and chips is good. hope that helps!

i might advise low fat cereal. even nevertheless you're pregnant, that does no longer mean you need to end eating wholesome. it rather is extra important than ever which you get the food you like. only make certain you have adequate wholesome fat on your eating regimen. somewhat of fat or protein keeps you feeling satiated for an prolonged volume of time. low fat yogurt is likewise a stable determination.
