some act like they could do without or they dont want one but do they really want one inside? maybe theyve been hurt before? why would a man say oh , i dont need a girlfriend or dont want one, does he realy mean that?

Yea i think everybody has the nedd to have a good relationship with the other sex, guys just have a hard time shoeing emotion.

They could be playing it cool and not appear needy to any prospective lovers. Desperation is not a turn-on for men or women. But deep down many men desire to have a girlfriend or woman. All men? No. It also depends on what type of relationship you're talking about. Some want romance and others want a friends with benefits relationship.

Some men can live without women.
Some men think they can live without women.
Some men mislead others that they can live without women. But they seriously want to have companion.
Some men are too pre-occupied with their life that they do not have the time / resources to find companion. It doesn't matter if they have companion or not.
Some men have been hurt before and fear the next will be a failure.
Some men have been there, done that, and it's no issue if they have companion or not.
Accept that there are all kinds of men in all kinds of situation.

No, men don't really mean it maybe because they just think their gross somehow and when they get in touch with one they will be very suprised how it feels, don't worry about those problem lol. That's what they say but not really true

the comment is said out of disgust for allowing oneself to be manipulated. It also stems from us men saying that we do not and will not let a woman define who we are as men.
its not left to what another feels or thinks its how we feel about ourselves when we are with them or whomever
