I'm thinking of getting it done

I use it to layer the hair and not leave an obvious line where the layers start. Also i use it to texturize the hair, it gives more volume by randomly putting layers in the hair. Be careful if the stylist is not used to using the razor they can take big chunks out. I would not recomend it if you have curly hair, it just makes it more poofy.

It adds a feathery appearance to the hair it gives definition. Razor cutting is great for long layers. The stylist just uses a razor blade to cut the hair rather than shears. Its not for curly hair though it will cause frizz. Try it you will like it. Good Luck it is St. Patricks day ya know lol!

it is awesome i got mine done. it adds body to your hair cause the ends are all uneven. they grab the hair and twist it and cut it with a razor. i love my hair i can get out the shower and not even brush it b/c that is the look! get it done you wont regret it!

it's just like cutting it except with a straight razor rather scissors. It creates a more jagged "natural" cut versus the super clean lines from a scissor.
