It depends on how you look. A strong jaw looks great with longish hair, as does a slightly wavy texture (think Patrick Dempsey). DON'T grow your hair male stripper/Fabio long though. That's never a great look! *Shudder*

For me, it's like any other physical feature - it depends on the guy. If he feels confident that way, and he likes how he looks, then it's almost always reflected in his manner, and that IS sexy :-)

I really don't like guys with long hair...it kinda reminds me of Fabio. However, I will say there's the occassional man that looks good with long locks, but not often.

No not ever... a guy could be as fine as ever but the minute his hair is long... ugh!! Clean cut is the way to go!

All women? It depends. I know some that do not, and I know some that do. Personally, I do, but I am not too particular about the hairstyle, unless its horrendous. I'd say that's true of most women. :)
