yes you pay for the music

if you pirate music (download) that is copy righted then you will be caught and fined, read up on how many have been caught and fined

fines range from $1000 to $70,000

yes it does. If u pay a fee like 14.95 you can download them to your pc and your mp3 player. But you cannot burn cd's you will have to buy them. hope it helps. :)
