Theres this girl that I work with who I like. I am really shy with girls and I haven't talked to her or anything yet. I want to get to know her but I feel to afraid to even talk to her. I've noticed that she is kinda quiet herself and I've been told that she's really nice but I keep getting this feeling that she doesn't like me even though she doesn't know me.
How can I overcome my fear?? Whats the best way to get to know her??

ok let me help.. first it be great to know where you worked with her at.. i can give better examples.. but you have to somehow be at the same place at the same time maybe doing the same thing.. no not the bathroom..jk anyways so if there is a break room.. try to catch her in there.. im guessing there is tables so go to the machine and get anything to snack on.. perfect time to make a comment about either how good or bad the break room is.. to her.. this is real easy if she is the only one in there or one of the few people in there..if there is many people then she would have to be close to you.. either way if nothign said just get your snack and go to her ask in very normal way.. "hey is anyone sitting here? " she'll say no. sit down and make small talk.. talk about work you know you have that incommon.. and agree or disagree on the same points she makes.. about the job.. but dont make anymoves yet.. this is your "icebreaker" let her get to know you.. and she is shy too.. so im sure she will give you short answers.. so you have to ask her questions that are open ended.. being anything besides a "yes or no" answer ok.. and dont just ask questions.. learn about her as she learns about you.. tell her you answers of the same question when she finishes talking.. and stare at her eyes.. when she talks.. except for the casual glance at m&m's your eating and the time so yoru not late.. but dont look at the watch to much she'll think your not interested..lol.. dont stare at her arm, her chest and no not her mouth.. then later on.. next time your in that same spot together.. if it happens to be the break room.. make another comment such as.." well you sure come here offten" something cute and funny.. then ask how is your day.. enouh times meeting like this.. you'll be sure to move your relationship to other locations and who know hopelful to other levels. let me know how it goes good luck

First, become friends with her. Second, [tell her it was a dare--to ask] ask her if she would go out with you and why. Third, if she says yes and you feel totally confident...lean in and kiss her. that'll really make her smile. But if she says no or just laughs at you or something, maybe go back to her saying that its a dare--tell her that you are sorry you asked--and that you have feelings for her--and you were not dared to say [that you have feelings for her] that. After that, wait to see how she reacts...then its all up to you!! good luck =]].

First of all it is work and not to be a debbie downer. Does your work allow inner office dating? KNow that rules first. If it is allowed I would start to get to know her by talking to her where does she take her breaks can you do the same break and sit in the break room with her.

Maybe shes actually more shy and it comes across as stuck up. Just talk to her your the guy, make the first move, and you will be friends soon enough.

Shes at ur workplace...you should just go and have a casual talk with her...and then if shes really a nice girl as u think she is...then she wont hesitate in talkin with you!
