Depends on how long this has been going on. Also if you start dating a guy, will you seriously have anything for her while you guys date? If your both best friends than she should understand, and if its hard to bring it out, send out tiny messages, like "If you were a guy, you would be perfect for me" be more affectionate etc. Do this only if your sure about your feelings for her, and want to find out without actually asking. My best friend went thru this problem, and we found out that her friend liked her too.

Babe, you've got one shot at life, that's it...if you have these feelings, I'd let them be known...and if she is your best friend, she's not going to bounce you out of her life.....if you can't figure out a way to tell her, write her a letter telling her how you feel and let her know that you are not "sure"what these feelings are, and that you still want her to be your friend regardless of her feelings...it's either she feels the same way or she's doesn't...in this world, if you never gamble, you'll never win....good luck!

If she is your best friend and you love her, then tell her. she will reciprocate and will also be your best friend for all time to come. This will not ruin your relationship and it will result in your permanent love and friendship.

get some lesbo movies and watch it, and see if you like it
and by lesbo, i mean not porn, just regular movies
and after you watch it, find one you like and ask your friend to watch it with you, but dont' tell her you seen it before, and try to make out with her during or near the end of the movie, if she rejects you, just say, i was "caugh up in the moment"
that is your out, at that point you have to stop, if she lets you make out with her, then i win, send me $5 for helping you out
