i believe it is nighttime in the us now,do all you parents know where your teenagers up to 15 are at the moment,should parent have more control over young teens out on the streets.some getting into real strife,and if they are who do we blame for them roaming the streets causing trouble

Well I am a 14 year old girl who is right here on yahoo!answers. It is 11:05 PM...and yes, I know that some teens roam the streets and cause trouble..but not all do..please don't stereotype...not all teens are bad.

It is 11:00 PM Mountain Time in the US. Most cities have curfews for children. And alot of children sneak out. What are parents supposed to do if they don't know what is going on? And yes, here in America, parents can be held responsible for the crap their kids do.

Not an answer to the question but back in the 70's my parent's always knew where i was and now days i wish every parent knew what there child was doing sadly it doesn't happen.I always knew where my children where and they hatted me for that well untill they grew up now they understand.

1:06 my 14 yr old in bed, yes parents should have more control, they say it takes a village to raise a child, so in that sense both parents and society are to blame.

it is 12:06 am in tx and my kids are in bed asleep right now where they belong at this hour. it is just as much the parents fault as it is the kids fault for kids who are out vandalizing things, the parents should have instilled better values and morals in their children.
