i need a prgrm that records wat is on the scrn not just a screen capture but sumthing tht recrds suggestions?

i plan on making videos from games, id second life, i need something that's bug free too, so if you have one that you've had a long time and haven't had a virus since that'd be good, i have an XP also.

I don't think these are free, but try
Macromedia Captivate or SnagIt
Both can do what you want
