just ignore her and only deal with her when it comes to the work only if she still is a pain in the *** then tell your boss

Well she either has Bad pms or some other problem or shes just a cranky BAG. You know what they say ..Always start at the top because the S--T trickles down the stick. Next time she lashes out at you just ask her if shes always that rude and ignorant or is this just your lucky day. Better yet tell her to take a Paxil.

Give her some information on local mental health clinics or getting help for emotional problems, but don't do it directly. Just put it on her desk anonymously. Maybe she'll get the message that she's got issues and will tone down.

Go to the next instance which would be a complaint to your boss. If he is an ***, than go to the next instance. If that does not work, complaint on higher ground.

Be nice to her and treat her with the kindness you want for yourself. She'll come around. There are underlying problems in her life and this is how she deals with it.
