Why does the phone ring forverer and a day when calling to make an appointment for a physical checkup?

And then when you finally do get through, there's nothing open for the next three months?

Nothing's changed about military medicine, I see. That's too bad.

I used to give up on the phone and just drive down there to make appointments.

I'm soooo glad I have civilian insurance now. I could have Kaiser Permanente for free through my husband, but I tried it and it reminded me too much of military medicine. We now have other plans that we have to pay for, but that's OK.

I would normally say because it's the biggest post in the army, but since Corps and 1 Cav are gone, it's just poor service.

Lazy civilian employees. It's irritating.

I miss Fort Hood though. (Esp. since the problem wasn't unique to Hood!)
