Think about it this way:
If you don't tell him, that fear is going to keep eating away at you. Eating and eating and eating.
And if you have a 70% sureness of him liking you back, SERIOUSLY--unless your friends are WORRIED because they think he'll hurt you--ignore them and go for it.
There's a 30% chance of being rejected... That's pretty damn low.
And even if you do get rejected? Well, you might feel somewhat depressed for a while, but that fear will stop eating at you, and you'll be able to shrug the depression all off your shoulders sooner.

Giving him a love note. Hmmm... it can be tricky. If he's ready to be with you, then it will work. If he's not, it may be awkward to be friends. Do not think too much of whether your friends like him or not. Who knows one whole bunch of girls like him at the same time right now. Are you going to wait till all the girls declare their love to him?
You think too much. Relax. Chill. Continue to be friends with him first. Things will work out eventually whether remaining as friends or going steady with him. Give yourself less stress. Enjoy the friendship with him. Friends can go out too.
Objective: Get to know each other better first. Build up the comfort level rather than awkward barrier. Gradually, you'll be in a better understanding of whether both of you can advance from there. No harm done. Do not put in 100%. Put in your feelings 10% bit-by-bit till you're sure if you've met the special someone who deserves you.

Be sturdy and tell him it is have been given to offer up. If he breaks up with you returned, then he for sure does not look when you. recover from HIM, then. prepare your self for a permit down in spite of the shown fact that. If he'd such as you, he does not have an on off relationship with you. i'm hoping this facilitates and that this does not sound too propose. i'm hoping you stumble on/shop the single, or Him. stable good fortune!

Talk to him let him know how you feel what do you have to lose if he doesnt feel that same about you then just be friends and if he dont want that then he is not worth your time anyway.
