I have absolutly no self esteem at all when I am sober and even when I am a little bit tipsy I still am very shy. Is it weird to ask a girl to hangout on the beach with a bottle of vodka to just chill and relax? Even with like a group of 6 people is that still weird to even ask a girl to do that with you?

I don't think so but it depends on the girl, really. So if you think she is okay with it, sure, but if you know enough about her to believe it might go against her beliefs or values don't do it. If not, just go for it, but getting completely drunk usually ends badly. Good luck.

In all seriousness I assume you are new at the dating scene which is why you get so nervous. I would honestly conceal the vodka (mix it with powerade, cool aid, or juice), so you look less like an alcoholic and more like a normal young adult.
Everyone get's nervous, even experienced daters, and it's part of growing up. I hope this is a cool girl and you realize that she is just as nervous as you are, recognizing that alcohol is not needed to have a good time. You'll come out of your shell, it will just take time--to answer your question directly, yes it is weird, especially if the vodka is not mixed with something.
How about champagne--make it romantic? Wine--a little less tacky?

Yeah ... it makes you look like a homeless drunk. When I was waitressing at a nightclub and people asked me a question like that I'd have them bounced out.
No offense to drunks and the homeless, but hey this is quite a bit different than dinner and a movie.
