Maybe your friends aren't old enough yet to appreciate a designated driver (the sober one who drives all the drunk ones home). But they will, sooner or later.

In the meantime, go to parties, but keep a drink like ginger ale in your hand at all time. If someone asks if you want something, you can say, "No, I'm good." If someone pours alcohol in your cup, just leave it somewhere, or pour it down a sink and get a new drink.

If someone really pressures you, say, "No, I'm taking these pills, man, and it will really f*** me up/mess me up if I drink." If they still pressure you, get away and talk to another friend.

Don't laugh at the drunk people, but smiling is OK. It's also OK to act a little drunk yourself (for some reason, even if you don't drink, the tipsy mood is contagious (-:). Stay away from the corners where they are doing shots, or other forms of hard drinking. There are usually people hanging around or dancing somewhere in the party, and that's where you want to be. Be sure to mingle, though. You meet more people that way, and fewer people will notice you don't have a refill to your drink.

Hope that helps! If your friends absolutely insist you drink in order to be "interesting" then it's time to find new friends. New friends are easier to find than a new liver . . . . Good luck!

Drink something that looks like alcohol, but isn't, in other words, fake it! Sprite or just plain old seltzer/tonic water looks like gin and tonic, there's an idea! And sparkling apple cider looks like beer, at times.
You don't have to drink, and neither do your friends. Don't try growing up too fast, because once you are grown up, the years go by too quick, trust me! I'm 25, and I'm starting to call high school, "Back in the day..." How weird is that? Back to what I was saying in the beginning of this paragraph, be a designated driver, your friends will respect you for it later on. I had too many friends die in alcohol-related car accidents when I was in high school, and it's not easy to deal with, you're too young for heavy stuff like that. Enjoy being a kid while it still lasts!

Ehh.....Its in all probability no longer a competent concept to try this. particular it ought to flavor stable and 'loosen' you up yet there are techniques. Your mothers and dads could be pleased with it yet you are able to desire to think of of ways the different teen's mothers and dads might sense approximately it. in the event that they sense their new child should not be eating, they might, at every time call the police and turn your mothers and dads in for featuring alcohol to minors. you are able to consistently attempt eating capability beverages or some thing that doesn't contain alcohol. I'mnot so particular if there are any precautions you are able to take different than for changing the drink. in case you wade with the aid of with this, ascertain you colllect everybodys automobile keys so which you'll be one hundred% particular that no-one drives.

You can have lots of fun without alcohol. Drinking at a young age will only make you stupid...those friends of yours are destroying their lives and they don't even know it!

You're smart though. You can go to parties and have a great time talking, dancing and socializing with your friends.

By the way, if your friends are driving drunk, please don't ride with them and try to take their keys if you can.

HONESTLY People Respect Honest People. I didn't drink, smoke, skip school. I was basically a good kid. And I had ALOT of friends--20 years later. If it's not good for you, DONT DO IT!!!!, Plain and Simple. You might have to stand alone for a minute or two, but people will follow your attitude. Smoking is worst than alot of the habits we have decided to burden ourselves with. HONESTLY.

You do not have to get drunk to have fun. I like to go to parties and watch the drunk people falling over themselves. Pot is better anyway! :)
