Yes the Amish and some sects of Quakerism have men sit on one side and the women on the other side.
Women cannot speak in church and they are to ask their husbands about anything spiritual.

Many Quaker, Old Pentecostal, and Brethren Churches still follow this. There is probably more.

Teen and unmarried boys and girls cant sit together at my church, married peopel can though... and family, obviously...
