Islam - because it's the last revelation that we have had and it makes perfect sense!
All of God's prophets (Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah, Muhammad, etc..., peace be upon them all) were all conveying the same message - to worship the ONE and only true God. The people who were believers at the time of each of those prophets were all on the right path, because God has always been giving us pretty much the same message, so that we can go to heaven and live good lives on earth. Throughout time, people have changed the religions and have gone astray. Jesus (pbuh) is NOT the son of God, nor God Himself -- he was a great prophet of God, a man.
God has sent us one final prophet (Muhammad - pbuh) and one final Holy book, the Qur'an, in which God guarantees that it will be protected.
Islam teaches us how to properly live our lives, and how to worship God, so that we can attain the highest levels in paradise, and to avoid going to the hell fire. We will each be judged on the Day of Judgement, for everything that we did in this life. That will determine where we will go forever.

Actually I wouldn't say CHRISTIANITY as a religion because of the SUB religions that fall under it. You can be a CHRISTIAN and be a Methodist, or a Baptist, or a Catholic… Those religions can differ very largely on how they view the Bible. Heck, Baptists even publicly condemn Catholics, or any other religion. They have for decades, I’ve sat in their churches and heard the pastors.
As for the AGE of certain religions.. Jews have the oldest religion that it organized and practiced today. Catholic is next, for Catholics were the FIRST Christians. Buddhism is known to have started around 66 AD. Some religious scholars even believe that Buddha was actually Christ reincarnate. Islam and Muslims started around 600 AD when the prophet Muhammad started. Protestants about 1500 AD. As for all the OTHER Christian beliefs like Methodist, Nazarene, Baptist, etc… They were started in the last 80 years.
I personally like Catholic, Taoism, and Jewish. To answer your Question.....
Jewish people have old religion. I mean, their heritage is vast and the knowledge that the people posses is outstanding. God is so prevalent in their society that they respect even the word “GOD” by striking out the characters so no one can defile. That shows a lot of love.
Catholic is such a nice religion that when you take it down to the basics. Giving thanks to all the Saints who have passed. Mary who was the mother of Christ. Christ for our everlasting Salvation. Then praising God who is Lord of all lords, God of all Gods. Catholic history is full of many people who have passed that otherwise would have been forgotten by time. But one thing stands clear. The Catholic Church is intact because of the powers that it had to use in order to stave off impious people. Even incorporating some barbaric traditions in order for people to convert.
Taoism is so gentle and peaceful it is outstanding. God is truly in nature and thus when you open your eyes to nature you see God’s work.
Just remember. Fanatics are everywhere… Do not dive head-first into anything that it may crack your scull. Today people tend to forget the BASICS of Christianity AND Islam/Muslim AND Judaism. Those are the 10 commandments passed to us by Moses.

Buddhism isn't meant to be a philosophy. it is meant to be a committed commited existence-form that comprises daily meditation (a minimum of an hour or extra), and relentless expertise and assertion .. besides as following the 5 Precepts at a minimum. it is plenty extra rigorous than even Hinduism while you're rather gong to be a Buddhist. Hinduism like Buddhism, could be paid lip-provider to. the actual prepare of Hinduism is yoga: Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Jnani yoga, Bhakti yoga. in case you like, you additionally can do the stretching workouts (Hatha yoga). the main important distinction is that Hinduism believes each and every thing is God. And Buddhism does not label something . .it only say that each and every thing "is". Buddhism does not have concept .. it only has the practices which you do, and from that your information and compassion will slowly develop.

For a christian, jew, or buddhist to think that their religion is the best is egotistical.
I used to be a christian fanatic. Then I started to break down the bible, ad when certain things did not add up. I decided that it was no better than any other religion out there. I asked myself, " So what makes me hold it on a pedestal" ? Well, obviously because I was raised(brainwashed) with it. So, I therefore abandoned all religion because holding christianity on a pedestal above all others is very arrogant\egotistical.

The best religion is the one that makes sense to you, that resonates for you spiritually and emotionally, that helps you feel connected to the sacred, and enables you to be the best person you can be. There is no one religion that will do this for all people.
If you're actively looking, you might find the Belief-O-Matic quiz over at Beliefnet.com helpful:

It's fun, and it matches you up with a wide variety of religions and philosophies based on your answers, with write-ups for each one. The results can be very surprising.

For some, Hinduism gives them purpose in life, peace of mind, and happiness.
For some, Judaism gives them purpose in life, peace of mind, and happiness.
For some, Buddhism gives them purpose in life, peace of mind, and happiness.
For some, Christianity gives them purpose in life, peace of mind, and happiness.
For some, Islam gives them purpose in life, peace and happiness.
For some, Humanism, or Agnosticism, or Atheism gives them purpose in life, peace of mind, and happiness.
And the list goes on and on.
*What is Most Important is that Humanity humbly learns to respect the beliefs of one another, and especially learns to respect the Free Will of others in life - especially of those who do not think exactly the same as we do. As we do this, our narrow-minded, and self-righteous attitudes, causing ineffective lines of communication will slowly cease, and we will learn to all live peaceably with one another, in spite of our differences.
Thank You for giving me the opportunity to provide "an" answer to your excellent question.
Have a Great Weekend.

I do not believe in following religion. I follow Jesus. Religion does not save, Jesus saves.
It really depends on what you are wanting to achieve. If you want to go to heaven then Jesus is the truth and the way and the life, and no one will enter to the Father's house except through Him.
If you do not want to be with God here and after, then any other choice is OK. Pick the one that tickles your fancy. : )

The best religion is the one and only by which a person can enter into the kingdom of Heaven and that is by faith accepting Jesus as their Savior. God said that there is no other way but by Him and I believe God.

Religion is so intimate and personal, it doesn't seem possible for there to be a BEST religion for all or any of us. So....
The best religion is YOUR religion... and choose wisely.
