When someone talks about a something they clearly know nothing about yet act like they do? While others around just listen because they don't know either.

What happens to those who listen without knowing any better?

It can be annoying. Watching the others who don't know either can be funny though. I usually say, "I don't know about this, I can't help."

I feel horrified when I read about a slick fake who preaches to ignorant and gullible people about the doomsday and siphons off their worldly possessions with a promise to save them.

It's like junk food for thought. It has no nutritional value.

They pass it on. That's why most on here will profess to know someones religion while they no nothing about it.
