I send my daughter to catholic school, I spend $5000/year, can any of this be claimed on my tax returns?

No, the only tax credits or deductions available are for Post Secondary educational institutions, colleges and Universities

No, you can't take a deduction for this, unless it's preschool to allow you to work, then you might be able to get a child care credit for some of it. If it's K-12, then no.

No, you can never deduct the cost of primary and secondary education.
