Ok, what would you guys are girl think if a guys or girl you have seen around the neighborhood tons of times finally meet. You talk for about an hour in person and he say's I have always wanted you to be my wife. And then when we talk a few days afterward he say's that he misses me. Is that weird? Can you miss someone that you have only spent time with once? And what would you think if a guy are girl say that I’ve always wanted you to be my wife are husband but you have never met is that possible?

Even if someone has that in their mind before they meet you, it is way too inappropriate to mention. I would find it creepy. The missing you isn't so bad, but the "always wanted you to be my wife" is way out there for someone who does not know you.

Oh yes, it is very possible and is the perfect formula for a long-lasting love filled relationship. You will even get the little house with the white picket fence and beautiful children, and the sex will be fantastic. Everything will be perfect! It happen like this every day....

Yeah, that's weird.
I'd find the "I have always wanted you to be my wife" statement much more strange, though.
Either he has been ever-so intently observing you, he's superficial, or he says that kind of stuff to everyone without really meaning it (sort of kidding around, y'know).

That seems a little strange nut he sounds sinsere. He might have felt a real connection with you so if you want to see where that goes go for it. Don't be scared unless he gives you a reason to be.
