is it flirty? A fan letter? Not going for that.I just really want to know for an odd reason, I am just bored and listen to his morning show. No crush on him,critique is welcome:

Subject:Question about the energizing soap?

okay, I lied the subject should be titled questions misc

What is it that you are doing on myspace all the time at late hours? What channel is you cable show on? Did the energizing soap on TV work? (I kinda what some) Are you all acting on the show?

Okay, the show just seems just a little scriptted, at times but is still great. Or maybe I just know a lot of bad people and you all are genuinelly nice. Very possible also. Regardless just bored and curious. Not to worry I am not a creepy myspace stalker, I beleive people on myspace should stay there. Just respond back.

Do you really want to send this? I didn't sense fan, crush or truthfully anything nice or friendly. I would take it as a kinda nasty letter. Since you asked for a critique here goes;

You said you lied right off (not nice esp online, and I didn't really get what you meant by saying it), you ask a series of questions in a demanding way, after saying how they are always online and wanting an explaination, complain about the show, then say you like it, put down myspace when they are on it, and then sort of order them to write back. How would you feel if someone you didn't know wrote you in that tone?

It's one thing to kid around with someone who knows you are kidding...and if you are not kidding...well I'm sure not touching that one. But since you wanted an honest opinion is mine is no way they would answer this. If you want to ask do it without putting them down or sounding demanding. Nice will go a lot farther to getting a reply from a stranger than negativity or insults. And btw if they are a radio station likely they have an intern checking the messages who may just stay signed in a lot, but that doesn't mean they are actively using the service. Also I'd give it a run through spell check.

Anyway didn't mean to be harsh...just hope this is helpful. Because if you really want a reply I think you need to change your tone and redo it. Just ask what you want to know, say you are just curious and would appreciate an answer. I'd leave out ALL the creepy stalker and negative myspace comments. JMHO FWIW!

It comes off as not very personable, critical, and creepy even though that's not you're intent. Then you end it with an opinion that the receiver probably won't share and tell him to 'respond back'. Try writing the letter like you're having a conversation instead of the interrogation it looks like and make sense for a reader that doesn't know you from blip!
