I need to know what devices use this particular specification for an inductor wire, or if there are close substitutes. Any help will be appreciated.

The inductor i'm looking for has 600 turns on a 6mm diameter 40mm long steel bolt secured with insulating tape. I've asked around and so far no one seems to have it so my next option is to take it out of devices i own that is why i need to know which devices use this specific wire.

The list is far too long to even start there. Why not just get the wire and wind your own coils or contact a vendor that sells pre-wound Xformers or chokes that fit your need? The 0.2mm spec for coil or xformer wire size is not that un-common, but you don't give a hint on number of turns etc.
