Yes, although, you need a good quality grinder. I used to have a really cheap one, and it couldn't grind finely enough. Adequate for coffee and nuts, not so much for spices. Don't forget to clean between uses! Or not, depending on the spices you just ground. Nutmeg and coffee are delicious together.

yes you can use a coffee grinder for spices, etc. but you may want to buy two if you do plan on grinding coffee in it. It might leave an odd flavor in the grinder. you can also use a food processor or a blender to do it too.

Yes you can, just dont use the one you use for coffee, that could make your snikerdoodles taste like a cup 'o' joe, which actually might taste pretty dang good. The ground spices will actually taste alot fresher and better than store bought spices, just make sure you store the unused spices in tin cans in a cool dark place.... Good Luck!!!

Sure, but you should have 2 grinders: 1 for coffee and the other for spices...otherwise, your tastes will blend and it will be really bad...
