No, neither Common Ravens, the most common species in America, nor Chihuahuan Ravens, are found in Missouri. Neither species is migratory, but stay in their nesting range all year, so they would not come through Missouri.
Ravens are members of the corvid family, which also includes crows, jays, nutcrackers and magpies. In Missouri you have 2 species of crows, American Crow, which is found all over the state, and Fish Crow, which is found only along the Mississippi River. The only other corvid that you have is the Blue Jay.
Ravens are very similar in appearance to crows, but are larger, with a wedge shaped tail. They have heavier bills and make a croaking sound. If you are interested in birds in Missouri, check out the Missouri Audubon Society web page, www.mobirds.org

As the range maps shows Ravens aren't typically found in Missouri. However range maps are typically nesting ranges. At this time of year Ravens would be migrating, not nesting. Since several areas north of Missouri are in it's nesting range it's possible that Ravens could be just passing through Missouri.
Incidently Ravens (Corvus corax, the "Common Raven") and Crows (Corvus brachyrynchos, the "American Common Crow") are definately NOT the same species. They're the same genus, but are seperate and distinct species.

I saw a raven high in a tree in Columbia, Missouri, last week. And I have been birding for a lot of years. Must have been an accidental.

I'm sorry I don't have a source, but I think ravens are all over the United States. I could be wrong about that.
