i intend 2 take cereal for my lunch, will it help me to lose weight w/i 1 mth...pls help....

Hi,

Whether they help you lose weight depends on what is inside, how much you eat and how much you want to lose.

I think that even if you ate very little, you would probably only lose like 1-2kg in a month.

I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 mths via a detox.

I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

Make sure it has alot of fiber and not too much fructose. Try to eat bran cereal. Whet puffs? All that dandy good stuff. Yes drink it with soy milk..

Sure,but only if you feed it to the little critters outdoors,and treat yourself to a nice salad instead.The cereal is full of sugars and carbs;the salad vitamins,minerals,antioxidants,bioflavanoids,and if you use a nonfat dressing ,few empty calories.Plus,you will get a good portion of fiber,and the meal stays with you longer,and chewing helps stimulate the brain's sense of hunger satisfaction.

it might. but it depends on your metabolism and exercise and stuff. try eating special K or another low-calorie cereal for two meals a day. eat snacks like fruits and veggies, and exercise a couple times a week, and you should definetly loose weight.

to some extent.but to lose weight u v to do things which burns more calories like walking long after eating.
