Oh boy, do I know what that's like! If I eat more vegetables and fruit, then I don't crave carbs (especially sweets) as much.

Don't keep them around. At work or school, keep grapes or carrots or something. When you get hungry, make yourself eat them.

Then reward yourself with a moderate portion of complex carbs... but be sure and only buy one serving at the store on that day. If you take a delicious loaf of bread home, you may binge and eat the whole thing.

Whole grains help. Drink lots of water with them. It makes a huge difference. Remember to check with your doctor before making any drastic changes and good luck!

You can keep eating crab but after eating crab you must exercise every day or walk a mile from your house and walk back.

if you cut out carbs from your diet for only 2 weeks, you'll find you don't crave them anymore! it's pretty cool

Start slow. If you want to eat a whole brownie, eat half and share the rest, don´t keep it.
