Hi, my names Jazmine :). I'm 15, and i met this great guy about 6 months ago. He introduced himself very politely and ever since then we have been talking. I feel a real connection between me and him, and i hope he does too. He also let me know that he was 20...BUMMER :-/ ..But i still really like him :(. The guy doesn't even look 20 he looks a little more like 17 or 18 the most. Were still friends, but i really wanted to be in a relationship with him. Is this ok, or should i try n move on? I asked my friends about the age thing and they said it wouldn't matter, but i get scared sometimes. ESPECIALLY when he brings up the term "sex". Althought every guy talks about it, do you think it's ok to get into a relationship with this guy?

If you really like this guy, you would keep your friendship platonic. You probably don't realize how much trouble he could get into for dating and having sex with you. Just leave the guy alone. Let him date someone who won't put him in jail. Try to forget about him and look towards guys your own age until you are legal.

Hi Jazmine, this is bj. I would trust my instincts with this guy. If you were 18 I'd say sure if you felt good about being with him. But you've got a lot of growing up to do before you're ready to have sex with someone. Please don't do it. Find a guy closer to your age. No matter how sincere he may sound your apprehension tells me you don't trust him not to push you into sex. Move on. Take it from a guy, 20-year old males have hormones in overdrive.

Talking about sex and having sex are two different things. Its when they try to force sex on you that becomes the problem. You mentioned that he brings the subject up, is he trying to coerce you into having sex with him. If he is then you need to let it go.I think that if this person really cares about you then he will wait for you to be of age. There is no rush to have sex.You can still remain friends as long as he doesnt rush you. Be careful.

My guy friends don't talk about sex, so that's pretty weird. If this 20 year old guy wants a sexual relationship, I advise you to back out now before things get ugly.

Sure, that'll be cool, and just think of all the fun you two little lovebirds will have when you visit him in prison. Not to mention the life he has to look forward to once he is a registered sex offender.

I think you're a little young for him.

Tell him you like him, but he should find a girl his own age.
