THE WATERPIK IS MANUFACTURED BY THE TELEDYNE COMPANY WHICH MANUFACTURES MANY HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS.
ON THE PROS IS THAT IT'S VERY FASTAND EASY TO USE. WITH BRACES A FLOSS THREADER MUST BE USED BETWEEN EACH TOOTH. IT ALSO STIMULATES THE GUMS WITH THE PULSATING SPRAY, FLOSSING CAN'T. IT WILL NOT CUT THE GUMS THE WAY FLOSS MAY. THERE IS NO LEARNING CURVE AS WITH PROPER FLOSSING. THE COSTS AND VARIETIES OF ORAL IRRIGATORS VARIES GREATLY. FLOSSING CAN ACTUALLY MISS THE PLAQUE IN POCKETS BECAUSE FLOSS IS A STRAIGHT LINE AND CAN'T BEND. UNLIKE FLOSSING, IRRIATION WASHES AWAY THE FOOD AND PLAQUE AWAY FROM THE TEETH.

Waterpics are good if you have braces but flossing is always best because you are getting in between the teeth.

Just pick it up at walmart. Just make sure you use the gentlest setting for the first few weeks... your gums need to get used to the high pressure water. Flossing is still better, a lot better if done properly.
