Yes its too young., but it happens especially when the boys and girls go through puberty. Don't go pass kissing

Assuming, you are talking about people who live in developed cultures and who stay in school until at least 18, then yes, 12 is too young.
There is an exception to the Preteens dating and kissing and stuff and that is for anyone who is 111 or 112 years old.
They are coming up on their second pre-teens (113 and up) and can do anything they want to do, but most likely there will be chrome or a porcelain pot involved.

i think it is to young, i feel you should be about 14 at the youngest to house date and go to the movies and dinner things like that but the kissing ooohhhh no it shouldn't be until you are about 16 or more i take that back no 17. Theres so much happening now days with the younger crowed, they think they are in love and don't really no the first thing about it. Teens having babys at the age of 12 an even less. Yes i do think it is too young!

yep it really is, you just end up getting hurt at that age how many people have you met that met at age 12(pdaing, kissing and dating included) and fell in love and are married ... ive never seen that =[ so i think you people should wait, the right time will come.

Maybe its not too young to kiss, but yes its too young to date. Don't try to grow up so fast. Once you get older, life will go by so fast you'll wish you were a kid again.

im 12 and ive dated way too much and i kind of regret a lot of it becuase i've really dated some losers (you can tell if you read my questions)
- but its ok if ur not excessive about it and if your carefull and if your mature-
really, you date at whatever age ur ready

Where I live, it's normal (live in VA) the dating, absolutely but the kissing is when you really love each other at that age.

i dont think so aslong as your comfortable with him/her and he/she is comfortable with you then its ok *the girl i wanted to go out with was 12 and im 13 * so i dont think its to young
