I really like this girl i would do ANYTHING for her and i mean anything if we went out i would buy her lots and lots of things always take care of her and always take her out i would always be there for her when she needed me and even when she didnt! and she means the world to me! is this true love?

I am going to go out on a limb and say you are young, or not fluid in the English language (sight, not site).
Now as I go on to commit many grammatical errors and punctuational flaws, I will try to give some insight into your question.
Though you say that it is "love at first sight" I am a bit confused by you question as the title says "love at first sight" but then you go on to explain (in detail) what you would do for this person.
So if it is "love at first sight" that you speak of, I would say you are jumping a bit overboard as of now. Get to know her and hang out with her and start a relationship (if everything works out), then go on to whatever you say you will do.
Now if you are hanging out with this person already, take it slow, you seem VERY young to me and although people believe that youngsters can fall in love, I am not one of those people.

that is not love. that is lust if you have not spoken to her to get to know her loves, her hates etc.
if you have spoken with her and you do know all about her then yes it is indeed true love.
but does she feel the same way about you?
probably not.
in my experiance true love is extremely rare.
good luck. i hope if you do get to know here it all works out but if you are there at all times that could be a little scary she will need her space so allow her as much space as she needs as she will alow you your space. remember the phrase "absence makes the heart grow fonder" and it is true, if you are together at all times you will end up taking each other for granted. but if you spend time apart you will keep a little spark burning as you will be missing each other when you are not together.
so a little text message or a short call to say you love her now and then will again keep your love life burning bright.

Just keep the things that you want to do for her for yourself,do not tell her what you gonna do when you fall in love with her,suprise her with them and she will be very happy and loves you more. If you tell her what you are going to do for her,she can not believe you and you will make her confused. Again doing all those things is not true love,
