Had a good friend in college that was 'chesty' and all of her 'good' friends called her 'T-i-t-s'. She had fun with it and we made sure we didn't embarrass her whenever we did. (Usually out drinking)

Depends on if you don't mind, if its mean spirited, or just plain embarrassing to you.

If you want to get him to stop, just start calling him "PeeWee" while staring at his crotch, and I'll guarantee it will cease.

nicely stated ... and that's precisely why I stay away from the term each and each time a probability. after all, only asking approximately or commenting on a acceptance -- sans "toddler" -- must be sufficient adequate. ;) To take your concept a step extra, i've got observed that books and sites who purchase into this and place the word "toddler call" surprising of their identify are in many cases the least precise via a techniques. itemizing needless to say incorrect origins and meanings and any and all a probability (mis)spellings, possibly in an attempt to up their numbers. after all, if given the alternative between "899 Names for toddler" and "a million,002 spectacular toddler Names," which might you likely %. up? LOL Conversely, if a e book or website is definitely committed to accuracy, you will unlikely locate "toddler" everywhere interior the call. in the back of the call, as an occasion, is definitely the suited website i've got chanced on for gaining knowledge of the etymology of given names (no longer "toddler names"). ;) i might stay away from all of us or something that infantilizes the entire technique, frankly. As you stated, only using fact the names are given at start shouldn't negate the reality that they are going to a minimum of sometime be "grownup names." :)

Yes. This happened to me when I was in high school. I was "top heavy" to say the least and one day when I took my jacket off this guy said, "nice jugs." For the next three years I barely ever heard my first name it was always "Jugs". Even some of the teachers called me that. It was degrading and insulting.

I'd give him an icy glare and walk off. I don't take that sort of stuff from anybody, especially not chauvinist males!

My reasoning - any guy who doesn't respect you enough to call you by your proper name doesn't deserve your attention. Clearly, he thinks himself superior ("sweet-t***?" What the heck was he thinking about?!? GROSS). That sort of condescending attitude disgusts me.

Bottom line - just stay away from people like him. You're every bit his equal, and if he doesn't appreciate that fact he'd better hightail it outta there, fast. No intelligent person of any quality would speak like that.

Being a male, I doubt that anyone would say that to me but if I heard them say it to a female, I'd deck the dum dum.

Yep. I'd introduce myself again and say "You DO know my name is...., don't you?" Usually, that with a pointed look can get your point across pretty effectively.
