Yes, of course. It's the healthiest way to take a sauna.
Although there are saunas where you can keep your bathing suit on. It's always mentionned on the website.
I'm a frequent sauna visitor, but I don't like those sterile saunas in gyms and family saunas where you have noisy naked kids running around. (like the thermes de Grimbergen and Dilbeek) I prefer cosy spa-like saunas.
In Brussels, there is Aqua Heaven (http://www.aquaheaven.be) which you can rent and have the place to your own.
In the Thon hotel, there's a sauna on the 29th floor, with a view al over Brussels
Not a sauna, but I can recommend Sea Me too. (http://www.seame.be) It's an all exclusive spa for men (not gay) where you can get facials and massages.
My favourite sauna is in Gent though. It's called Aqua Azul (http://www.aqua-azul.be/) and it's worth the drive from Brussels to Gent! I usually go there. It's a beautiful mixed sauna located in an old art nouveau house and amazingly cheap.

Brussels is the capital of Belgium and could be the primary seat of the Belgian Royal Family and, also the capital of the European Union and if you want to know after that it this is the place hotelbye . Brussels is an incredibly little, easy-going, and human-sized town for several its importance. Unlike anthers city with their millions of tourists, Brussels is Belgium's main economic and academic hub, which provides the town a more workaday feel than different towns. Here, in Brussels, if you'd decide to go to, you will get a correct feel for Belgian living, especially their amazing restaurant and café culture. While Brussels might not need the star attractions of different Belgian areas, the capital has ample to help keep visitors occupied for a day or two with a clutch of world-class museums and art galleries, along with quirkier views such as the Atomium, and some amazing remnants of previous structure in the old area quarter.

Men and women don't mix much when they're naked in a sauna. The men and women will generally have a towel around them. Men will generally go naked in a men only sauna. I don't know about women though. I just asked my wife and she said that it depends on the sauna. Some require bathing suits, some don't. She said you have to find out first what the requirements are. I live in the Limburg province so I don't know of any sauna's in Brussels, sorry.
Enjoy.

Doesn't everyone go nude in all of Europe. Isn't it just the US and England that has so many shameful issues?
