Is there any websites that has a tutorial on how to use HDV cameras?

im using a sony HDV camera and theres a thing called sel/push exec which controls the lighting, but i pushed some button and it wont work anymore, can someone help me with this also?

you'd probaly do better with this question over on the camcorder section. This 'camera' section deals mostly with flash photograph type stuff.
