Does anyone know the California Vehicle Code for parking in your own driveway and some one hits your car?

I was backing into my driveway when a car going the same direction that I was hit the front of my car

Hopefully you called the law. If you didn't did u get info. The best thing to do is call CHP and ask what the law is they usually are good about explaining this stuff. As far as your case I would think the other driver would be faulted and possibly ticketed. Good luck.
