With the information you have given, i will answer as best as i can.

Chances are you have a virus in the form of Adware. Run a program such as Adaware (link below) and update your Antivirus program.

Other than that, my only other suggestion is to use Firefox as your browser.(also linked below) Firefox has an inbuilt popup blocker and is immune to some of the problems IE is prone too.

In internet explorer: right click and go to properties, privacy and check the turn on popup blocker box.

In firefox: tools options, content, check popup blocker
Firefox does a uch better job, also if you use firefox, get adblock plus, a free add on. IE7 is also much better but third party blocker are recommended for IE

Use Mozilla Firefox when you surf the web or install a pop-up blocker. That easy.

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/

(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html

Go to options and increase the bars a bit. There are some settings that prevents pop-ups and some that prohibit access to nude sites.
